It is a true incident, which we witnessed in the press meet, which was held after the audio recording of Superstar Upendra's much hyped movie Uppi 2. Actress Priyanka Upendra, who is making her debut as a producer graced the press meet along with music-composer Gurukiran.
Uppi 2 is the first movie to be made under Superstar Upendra's home banner 'Upendra Production'. Upendra, who is all set to start the shooting of his directorial venture Uppi 2 shortly, has decided to give complete dedication for the movie.
The actor, who is busy with the shooting of Basavanna and Supero Ranga is likely to wrap up the project by mid-week of April and take up Uppi 2 in early May. (Uppi Talks About Uppi 2). As Upendra will be giving his whole and soul for Uppi 2, he has asked his wife Priyanka Upendra to forget him until he finishes Uppi 2. "I request my wife to forget me as her husband for six months. Please see me as a director until I finish Uppi 2," says Upendra, who has been working on the project from past 10 years.
