Ek Villain is a romantic thriller which stars the very handsome Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh. The trailer starts off with the lead pair enjoying themselves on a secluded beach and then you get to see the Kapoor lass dancing in a beautiful white wedding gown. Yes, it’s her own shaadi and of course with the Student Of The Year dude. While Shraddha is all smiles and happy, it seems Sid has a secret buried inside him. Well, he doesn’t laugh and is sporting an intense look throughout the video so it’s easy to make out. But it’s hard to figure out the story at least by watching the teaser. The first few seconds of the teaser is all about Shraddha and Sid’s love story.
However, the plot becomes interesting when the Aashiqui 2 gal gets killed by a masked man. You would think it’s Sidharth but then you get to see Riteish at the end. The first teaser of Ek Villain is indeed interesting. And extra brownie points for the background music which is dark yet beautiful. Also, it’s nice to see Sidharth breaking out of his boyish charm and playing a rugged character. While Shakti Kapoor’s beti looks pretty in the video wethinks it’s the SOTY actor who will walk away with the cake in this film. Not to forget, there is a lip-lock between the Sid and his onscreen ladylove which sure raises temperatures.
